Took my car in for a oil change, it included a vehicle inspection. Justin was very polite, helpful and relayed everything in the inspection report in a very detailed pleasant manner. He confirmed all of which I suspected is going on with my car. I wound up needing a wheel bearing and got that dealt with yesterday. My car is no longer making the baseball card in the bicycle spokes sound and has a much smoother ride to it. Thank you Martin's 😊

These days it seems hard to find a garage that isn't trying to sell you something you don't need. Martin's is the unicorn. They put the customer first and do a fantastic job. They are expensive, but worth what they charge. Their shop is large, clean and modern. Their technicians are ASE Certified and very competent. If your repair will take more than a day, they stay in touch via email and telephone all throughout the process. My customer service representative, Jonathan, has the perfect personality for his job. He was always friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Jonathan is a great communicator. My mechanic, Wendell, did a fantastic job with a very difficult diagnosis. I didn't have a chance to meet Wendell face to face. I would sure like to thank him and shake his hand someday. When I had an unusual problem and my vehicle was stuck at my home 30 miles from Martin's Auto Service, Silas Martin drove to my house and fixed it in my driveway for me. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this family business.

We are from Alaska and traveling the lower 48 this summer. We have been fighting a fuel tank pressure sensor issue since June on our motorhome. Recently it started being more than just reset the check engine light. We reached out to friends of ours looking for recommendations as to where we could take our rig for repairs while we visited with them. Without hesitation they mentioned Martin's automotive. They were not wrong. While Martin's doesn't advertise RV service, they welcomed us with open arms and immediately got to work on our rig. They ended up replacing the fuel pump for us and we were back on the road when we needed to be with no delays. From the start to finish of the process, they were nothing short of spectacular. Our advisor Jonathan kept us in the loop at all times and let us know what needed to be done and cost to complete the work. If you are reading this and live anywhere near Anna IL, go see these folks. They are the cream of the crop.

My wife and I broke down on a Friday evening 4:00 ish. We live 3 hours north and didn’t know anyone from anywhere. Called them up and they hooked us up with a tow truck and waited for us after hours to start getting us taken care of. They fixed us up with a courtesy car so we could make it home after our trip. That Monday they called up with a detailed report on our truck and fixed it that day. Fast, easy very professional. Reached out the day after I took the truck home to make sure everything is ok. If we lived in the area they would be my main shop when I needed them. Highly recommend!

I rolled into this place having mechanical issues on a road trip heading north. I pulled in 10min before closing time on Friday 3rd July. Silas at the front desk was very helpful and they had one Tech still left in the shop, they helped me out and got my truck running 100% Very friendly, helpful, patient and quality customer service !

Such friendly people. I told them it was a first car for my granddaughter and they understood my concern to have it checked thoroughly. They told me what was wrong and fixed all. This garage is great the customer service and everything went smooth. They got us in beinga. Fleet truck right away and the crew worked hard to find the problem. Although we couldn't get it fixed at the time due to traveling they were on top of the work to insure it was safe to drive. We will be doing business with them in the future highly recommend shop

I experienced a flat tire on my drive home. I was able to make it to Martin's parking lot just has my tire went completely flat. I walked in and was assisted immediately. They pulled my car right in and had my tire repaired and back on the road within 40 mins. They communicated with me the entire time and kept me updated.

My low oil pressure light appeared on my car when I was 2000+ miles into a trip with many more miles to go.
